Characteristic of Performing Organizations Individual Performance There are individual variables that have been recognised as having a positive impact on performance. These variables include commitment both attitudinal and behavioral, empowerment, leadership, culture, Flexibility and learning. Keeney (1990) argues that the organization will benefit from unleashing the reserves of lab our resourcefulness by facilitating employee responsibility, commitment and involvement.
